Våådåå - the Performance (English)

Suburban urbanized Swedish countryside voodoo, in this text specified with the word "våådåå". "å" is a Swedish letter pronounced like the "oo" in English "poor", "more", or like the "ou" in English "pour", "tour". Swedish never uses double vowels in a row, I decided to use it here as a reference to the American way of spelling "voodoo". Plus the secondary references it brings such as Hollywood, suburbs, cars etc.

Sweden the country of global top consumption of coffee , global top consumption of bananas and summer barbeques.

The performance consists of the construction of a totem shaped "+" out of bananaboxes from the local supermarket. In the middle I place a barbeque with wood on fire. On the other side a log with a, for Sweden typical, electric coffeemaker.
I wear a red overall with a yellow karate belt. On my head a have a mask made out of a bananabox in which I have drilled more holes in the same size as the rounded holes that the box already had.

The performance starts with me adding coffee and water to the electric coffeemaker and then starting to dance rhythmically to the humming sounds of it around the barbeque. After a while I take one banana in each hand and continue to dance around the barbeque. I take out a normal Swedish countryside knife and make a deep cut into one of the bananas. Then I put two pieces of chocolate into the banana and wrap it with aluminum foil. Dance around the barbeque and put the foiled banana into the fire. Then I prepare another banana in the same way.
Once the coffee is done I bring out a small cup with its small accompanying plate. Dance around the barbeque with them. Then pour coffee out of the coffeepot into the cup. Take a sip and dance around the barbeque. Throw some coffee onto the horizontal part of the bananabox-"+"-totem, and then onto the vertical part of it. Drink more coffee.
Pour some more coffee out of the coffeepot into the cup. Dancing around the barbeque I pour a circle of coffee around it. Some coffee into the barbeque fire. Some on the bananabox-"+"-totem.
Remove the coffeemaker from the log and put a plait with knife and fork. With gloves on I take one of the foiled bananas out of the fire. Remove the foil and put the banana with the melted chocolate on the plait. I put the bananabox mask on top of the bananabox-"+"-totem. I start to eat the banana on the plate. Dance a bit with the peal and put it into the fire. Take the second foiled banana out of the fire. Remove the foil and eat it. Then throw the peal into the fire.
I dance around the fire and end the performance by putting the bananabox mask on top of the bananabox-"+"-totem.

Urbanizada norte-americanizada suburban vudú del campo sueco, en este texto se especifica con la palabra "våådåå". "å" es una letra del lengua Sueco que se pronuncia como "oo" en el Inglés come en "poor", "more", o como el "ou" en Inglés "pour" o "tour". Sueca no utiliza vocales doble en una fila, pero me decidí de utilizarlo aquí como una referencia a la manera norte-americana de la ortografía "voodoo". Además las referencias secundarias norte-americanos como Hollywood, suburbios, autos, etc

Suecia, el país del máximo consumo mundial de café importado, el país del máximo consumo mundial de bananas importados y el país de las barbeques del verano. [Voy a usar la palabra norte-americano por el asado como este performance es norte-americanizado como todo el cultura Sueca]

La actuación consiste en la construcción de un tótem en forma de un "+" [más] de cajas de bananas del supermercado local. En el centro pongo un barbeque con madera encendido. En el otro lado un tronco con un, para Suecia típica, cafetera eléctrica.
Yo uso un mono de trabajo rojo con un cinturón de carate amarillo. En mi cabeza tengo una máscara hecha de una caja de bananas en la que han perforado más agujeros en el mismo tamaño de los agujeros redondeados que la caja ya tenía.

Yo incia el performance agregando café y agua a la cafetera eléctrica y luego comenzando a bailar rítmicamente con los sonidos de la cafetera eléctrica circulando el barbeque. Después de un tiempo me tome un banana en cada mano y siegue a bailar circulando el barbeque. Saco un cuchillo normal de campo sueco y hace un corte profundo en uno de los dos bananas. Puse dos trozos de chocolate en la banana y envolviéndola con papel de aluminio. Continua a danzar circulando el barbeque y poner el plátano cubierto de papel de aluminio en el fuego. Yo preparo otro banano de la misma manera.
Una vez que el café esta listo, yo lleva a cabo una pequeña taza con su plato de acompañamiento pequeño. Danza circulando el barbeque con ellos. Luego vierta el café de la cafetera a la taza. Tome un sorbo y baila circulando el barbeque. Arroja algo de café en la parte horizontal de la tótem"+"decajasdebananas, y luego en la parte vertical de la misma. Toma más café.
Vierta un poco más de café de la cafetera en la taza. Bailando circulando el barbeque yo echa café en la tierra alrededor del barbeque. Un poco de café en el fuego del barbeque. Un poco de café sobre el tótem"+"decajasdebananas.
Retire la cafetera del tronco y pone una plato con cuchillo y tenedor. Con guantes tomo uno de las bananas cubiertos del aluminio del fuego. Retire el papel del aluminio y pone banana con el chocolate derretido en el plato. Pone la máscara de cartón de caja de bananas en la parte superior del tótem"+"decajasdebananas. Empiezo a comer la banana en el plato. Baila un poco con la cascara y lo puse en el fuego. Toma la otra banana desde el fuego. Retire el papel aluminio y come la banana. Luego tira la cascara en el fuego.
Yo baila circulando el fuego, y termina el performance poniendo la máscara de cartón de una caja de bananas en la parte superior del tótem"+"decajasdebananas.
